Lady K Aesthetics requires a $25 deposit at the time of booking your appointment. Your deposit goes towards the balance of your service, and the remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.
Deposits are NON-Refundable, with NO exceptions. No deposit means no secured appointment.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so within a minimum of 24 hours of your appointment. The deposit will be returned when canceling 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If canceling after 24 hours, you will forfeit your deposit, and it does not transfer to any future appointments unless booked within 48 hours of the original appointment time.
Lady K Aesthetics has a 15-minute “Grace Period.” Please inform me If you are running behind. At 15 minutes, you will be charged a late fee of $10. Anything more than 15 minutes and your appointment will be CANCELLED. I want to be sure you can get filled as much as possible, and we will need the total amount of time you are scheduled for. Keep in mind, that your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and will NOT be transferred to any future appointments.
If anything happens within the first 48 hours of your service, I will fix them without charge. Please get in touch with me before coming in if this is the case.
Lady K aesthetics does not allow extra guests in the room of service.
Lady K Aesthetics does not work over other lash artists' work. So if you are coming in with lashes from elsewhere, please make sure to book a Foreign Lash Removal + Full Set of your choice. I WILL be able to tell if you went to someone else for a fill as artists do different techniques and use other products.
When booking a Fill, if 40% of your lashes are detached, you will be charged for an Extended Fill. If you know that you have more than 40% detached, please book an Extended Fill. It only helps both of us, so we don’t have to reschedule for another time, which may lead to a Full set if I’m unable to get you in. Any Fills after three weeks have passed will result in a Full set.
Please come with a clean face. If I have to remove any make-up there will be a $10 fee. Wearing eye/face makeup to your appointment may also cause issues with the retention of your eyelash extensions. I will also have cleanser/brushes available for purchase.
Please remember that booking the wrong service or wearing makeup to your appointment will interfere with the time you have set for your appointment, giving me less time to achieve the look you want and my top-quality work.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time starts. If you come to your appointment any sooner, you will have to wait in the car until you receive a text from me 5 minutes beforehand telling you to come up. I will send an example video of the exact route from the parking lot-elevator-apartment unit so there is no confusion.
